IMO, it's awesome. For what it's worth, I've played bass since 1991 and I've basses from Yamaha, Music Man (3 different ones), Zon (two different ones), Fender, Ibanez, Spector, Warwick. This bass feels amazing. I'm sure you've seen the specs on it. Mine was a demo model so I got it for $399 with a really nice ESP gig bag. The money to quality/feature ratio is outstanding.I have contemplated picking it up...How is it?

Right on. That's how I feel about this one. I want to try a EMG GZR set in mine to hear what it sounds like.never heard of it, but reminds me a bit of the LTD Vintage-204 I had. that bass was awesome. i sold it to a buddy who wanted to record. i still miss it. the neck and fretwork was great.
Right on. That's awesomeI have an LTD Vintage PJ. It truly is an awesome bass. Stock for stock it destroys Squier. Neck feels awesome. I had a chance to buy a GC LTD for 250 and passed it up cause I already had my LTD. Regret it now. Black, maple and matching headstock... mmmmm.
