So, huge and awesome news! Me, being the new guy, didn't realize that there is already a great bunch of folks that have been doing this for a long time! I am not one to try and reinvent the wheel! So, having spoken with @TonyP- , I will be handing back the reigns to him and AJ and will be helping them out in any way that I can! :hyper:

See you all soon! :bassist:

You're the first to mention any sort of parameters, so when works for you best or doesn't work, if that's a shorter list :D

Presumably people will best be able to travel on a weekend, and many will have evening gigs, so daytime on a Saturday or Sunday is usual. I have a lot of availability this summer apart from the beginning of June, which is probably too soon to get organized anyway.

I was thinking late summer/ early fall. Not too hot, not too cold. No holidays or summer vacations to compete with. Just trying to see if there is enough interest to even start the planning process.

There was one two years ago in lower Mass. that was fantastic. Some great food, great concerts, coffee by @TonyP- , and no loud playing - I just can't take it when they become a wall of noise.
One of the new rules that AJ and I worked out was this.
NO AMPs allowed
(Except Vendors)
This keep it in check very well and there also headphone amps there.

Once that happened everthing worked better, however to the OP due as you see fit.

I would like that post 10 times if possible.

Thanks for the advice! If there is enough interest and this looks like the gathering will happen, would you mind my picking your brain for what worked/ what didn't, so that we can avoid the pitfalls of the past and have as great an experience as possible? I'm not trying to rope you into anything! Just a few PM's back and forth!
