It was explained years ago. Just read the relevant threads here.
The iOS app worked until iOS 13 if you ignored the initial error message. If you have saved the app on a computer you can reinstall it, but it is long gone from the app store.
The Android version can still be found in some alternative stores. It does run on my very old tablet with OS 4.2.
