Anyone Tried Ordering A Prima Pickup Lately? Having Issues (RESOLVED)

I placed an order a week and a half ago. All I got was an order confirmation and my money taken. I haven't had any kind of status update since. I've tried leaving messages at their shop, contacting them on their website, reaching out on their social media... Zero responses of any kind. Anyone else ran into this recently?

Well as soon as I posted this I finally got a response. A tree fell on their shop during this winter storm up in the northeast. Left them without power for over a week and lost some equipment. They're just now getting back to full operation. Good to hear all is well with them!

Hello Matt. You beat me to it. I was going to say "It's wintertime, even though it is March. There are lots of snow and flooding afflicted areas now. Gear makers are affected like the rest of us. Maybe he has no power or internet."

Also, anecdotally, I consider three weeks to be the typical wait time for custom pickups.

You could add "(RESOLVED)" to the title of this thread, so that others searching for info on Prima pickups won't be spooked by it.

True. Yes I’ve had pickups made before plenty of times. I usually get some kind of notification other than order received though after a week and a half. So I was indeed spooked lol.

I sent them a question via email about a 5.5 K ohm single coil P pickup. That was about 5 days ago. No answer.

Now, thanks to you, I know why. The poor East Coast has been having a time of it with 4 nor' easters in 3 weeks!

Did you ever hear from them? I was told mine would ship the same week when this was resolved. Been almost a month now and nothing. Can’t get anyone to contact me again....
