I know there have been other threads comparing these amps, however I am looking for something that will be a good replacement in a pinch for my 70's V4. My cover band sometimes tends to be a bit loud, so I do need something that will compare with the V4 volume-wise as well as tonally. Looking for more of a warm, vintage sound; I mainly play classic rock, motown, reggae, etc.

I am considering these two amps for their small size, light weight, and based on a few YouTube demos. If anyone has a suggestion for a third or fourth option, I welcome your opinion on those as well.

I might add that I play through an Avatar 212 cab; basses are mainly vintage Fenders, Yamaha BB's and a G&L L1005 if that makes a difference. Thanks all!
