I don't really find much impact to tone or playability from different bridge designs. That said, my fav bridge is a cheapie. But it holds my strings, and makes string changes easy: www.rondomusic.com/bb104.html
I'm not sure which one of those three is better, but many consider this the best.
Setting up you bass is definitely easier with this innovative design.
I've used both the Babicz and the Kickass. Both are great bridges. It's really a tossup. Though I really dig the Kickass with the stainless steel saddles you can get for them.
Just so you now, all of your options (except maybe the carrot) will make your bass heavier. I ust hipshot B's in aluminum on most of my basses - really solid, and light. The Babicz is almost as light.
All depends what you're after for tone. For Fender basses I tend to favor the Vintage Threaded Rod. It's not "high mass" like the bridges you have listed but it's stable and keeps the wooded tone intact all while keeping the notes clear.
+1 for the Babicz. Bonus points for it not having any sharp edges / screws / parts, which is a pet peeve of mine with other bridges now.
I look at a bridge like I look at tuning machines. I appreciate how smoothly premium ones operate and how they make adjustments easier but, I've never gone to the trouble of replacing them. As long as they do the job I leave them alone but, if they fail, I replace them with the best available. I like the way the Babicz operates and, it looks pretty cool. Same thing for the Hipshot and the Hipshot has easier string install. You don't have to thread the strings through the bridge, they just drop in and out. The Badass the Omega look very similar and I'm sure would work fine. One big thing to consider is if your bass allows for through the body string mount, I think you would have to give that up with any of these replacement bridges. I'm not totally sure but they all look like you have to attach the strings to the bridge and there is no provision for through the body mounting.

would its added weight counter neck dive or would it just add to weight and not do anything about neck dive
I have two G&Ls so I'm set, but if I buy a Jazz bass I'm hoping to find a nice used one with a Babicz bridge...or I'll definitely mod what I do find.
I LOVE my Badass II bridge on my Yamaha, (previously on both Fender Japanese P and J basses).
I've refilled the bridge saddles exactly ONCE in the almost 30 years I've had this bridge. Durable and great sounding to my ears.
I'm sure there are better/different bridges out there, but his one still works well for me!
