So I want to plug a bass in a zoom B1xon and then into a PA Fender PD-250 using a 1/4 line... The PA manual says that I can do it but I will loose any balanced signal that would be plugged in at the same time. I plan to plug in a mic with xlr and edrum on 1/4... Is a DI box necessary ? How would be the sound quality? Any risk of blowing the speaker? What would be a proper setup (without having to buy a bass amp) ? This is a garage setup, nothing near pro here...

Sounds fine to me. I'm far from an electronic expert, but I'm pretty sure the B1Xon is virtually made for this sorta thing.
I don't think a DI will be needed - possibly for the edrum if its an app running to a headphone out -
PA cabs are pretty robust, but do be cautious of excessive lows, especially if your edrum is a heavy kick, I would even reduce bass some on that channel, and not try to go too heavy with the bass guitar either, until you get a sub cabinet in your setup.
