Instead of creating a new topic for every transcription, I thought I'd combine them all in one thread from now on.

Here are some of my older posts some of which were requests posted here on Talkbass:

There are a 130 more at Bass Transcriptions

These are so great and such a valuable resource, but I have a suggestion. The would be twice as valuable to younger players if they had the chords as well as the bass line. It would really help younger players (which I am not, so this isn't just because i can't figure out the changes) to see the relationship between the notes and the chords. I hope this doesn't come across as looking a gift horse in the mouth because it's really admirable that you've put so much time into getting these written out in the first place.

I understand, and as you may have seen, some transcriptions have chords (Marked with "C" on the main transcription page).
Unfortunately, I don't always have the time to do this.

Thank you! I thought I was alone on this. I have made the same suggestion, and been called lazy, demanding, unappreciative and several worse names. But unless all you care about is making it through tonight's cover band gig, I don't see much use to transcriptions without chords listed. We are bass players, we live for the changes - why would anyone spend hours working out every note in a transcription and then save 2 minutes by not listing the chords?!?
