BBE Customer Service Question

Has anyone dealt with BBE technical support for equipment repairs?
If so, how was your experience with BBE Tech Support?

The reason I'm asking is I sent a BBE BMax-T preamp to their repair shop in Fullerton two weeks ago.
I've sent two emails and left three voice mail messages for a status update on the repair and I have not received a response from the technical support staff.

I'm concerned because I would expect a response within 24 to 48 hours from a business with the reputation BBE has to customer inquiries. I'm wondering if I been ripped off or their technical staff just doesn't care about repairing my preamp.

Hopefully, someone from BBE reads this thread and responds.
