Really knocked out by the tone on the current Beck single "Thinking About You". My apologies if this has already been discussed (I did a search, but I know that's no guarantee).
The bass tone almost sounds like an upright but then it also seems to be drenched in something. Whatever it is, it compliments the track perfectly and adds an incredible vibe to the mix. Perfect part and tone for the tune/arrangement. Any willingness to disclose what bass and signal path was used for that one?
