Best audio interface for under 500

What is the best audio interface face for under 500 dollars that has the highest celling of gain (for vocal miceophone), high quailty instrument input, and lowest noise?

I use this. Not the best out there but good enough and cheap enough. 2 in 4 out. Versatile.

I also have this one which has midi ports on it as well.

I would recommend one of the Solid State Logic interfaces, I.E. the SSL 2+MK2. The plugins you get with them are totally worth it.

I have been using a Presonis Audiobox for years. If it craps out I would get another. They check all your boxes.

The UA Volts are about as good as it gets for the budget studio. They’ve almost taken over from the Scarlett’s in that price point.
Presonus is now owned by Fender but parts and support are currently a mess.
As mentioned above, you should look at the bundled plugins to help with the choice.

+1 on this call - after hours of YT research, I'm sold on the UA Volt 476P. Will add one to my new M4 Mac Mini to create my first home recording studio.
