Best free tuner for PC?

Hi,
I just upgraded to Win7 ( I know it's old too) and now I need to get a new tuner for it. I figured there would be a lot of free tuners to download and check out, but for some reason I'm having trouble finding anything.Lot's of really old stuff Win 95 etc. and lots of demos and shareware.
Do you guys have any recommendations?

If you have a smartphone, it's easy to find apps for tuning, not so much for a PC.

hands down it's TB strobe!

fast and accurate, it works like a real strobe tuner, tracking shifting harmonics and everything. it used to be like $5 (and worth way more than that), but i guess the guy said to hell with it and now it's free. worked fine on my win 7 machine and now works fine on my win 10 machine.

definitely try the different display modes, i find "fancy" to be the most useful.
