I've got a recently-purchased Magnatone X-10 Hurricane whose neck is bowed beyond my best efforts to straighten it so, based on TB recommendations, I contacted Warpedneck.com about doing the job. Did this a couple of weeks ago; have not heard back from them.
I used my personal account to send the e-mail, not Warpedneck's e-mail link, and I'm wondering if this may be the reason I have not received a reply. How to adjust my strategy? Should I e-mail them through their designated account? Should I phone them? Should I just box up the neck and send it to them, along with instructions?
