I was looking to get a new light headless bass and found that one online. Seems like a new company and I could not find any useful review from musicians that are NOT a Bootlegger associates.
I am not really looking for opinions from people who did NOT play or own it, so let's leave all the comments about aesthetics out of this thread.
Tones, playability, weight distribution, overall impression...anything useful please :)

amazon has these in white for gasp choke blurt $700 so it ain't going into my cart and while it likely won't compete with my cheapo #s 1 & 2 I'll be keeping a watch for a super deal on a honey nat 4 cos these sound grrrreat! if it does compete I'd say this is virtually the perfect bass, yet they're hardly known, I sure missed any mention. thx to the Lob for such a comprehensive review.

After seeing your post about playing this summer (great fun by the way) how do you like this bass? I am eyeballing one for when I travel a little and would love to hear from someone who has played it extensively.
It’s a decent bass. Build quality is very good. Much better than the steinberger spirit.
If you can get past the odd shape, neck pickup placement and ergonomics it will do the
Job for you. Check out the reviews page here on TB and read the review I did.
If you call and order one, tell them Les sent you.
