Breedlove and Martin

I am considering getting a Breedlove Solo Acoustic Bass.
I considered the Martin but with the economy I am hesitant to spend that much money.
Does anyone have any experience with the Breedlove ?

Tried the breedlove, but I did not like it at all. Try the new open pore Ibanez (250ish). Only negative for me is its Medium Scale. Everything else is better then most I have tried (Disclaimer: I have only tried the ones available at GC and Sam Ash).

No experience with the Breedlove. But do have a Martin and couldn't be happier with it.
