Here is the recipe to wreck your health:
  1. Hurt yourself in the gluteus maximus which is fancy British English to refer to your rear end.
  2. Pinch your sciatic nerve.
  3. Suffer a heart attack.

Dude is 72, injuries and a heart attack means that great guitar work and astrophysics PH.D. aside, he is a normal old man.
