This thing is so cool. It's a little mini stompbox with two usb outlets that runs off 9v. One is powered all the time, the other switches on and off when you mash the button. So you can basically have your phone or ipad or whatever charging, and step on the button when you need light. It comes with a gooseneck usb lamp.

So, the Line 6 G10 just became a lot more pedalboard-friendly. I usually keep it on top of my amp because it needs USB power.

Just don't leave your phone anywhere near your board, amp or bass....you'll pickup the cell carrier signal...tik-a-tik-ta-tik.

I bought two of these about a year ago from Amazon. One pooped out on me but the other is still going strong. Definitely handy thing to have.
I've never had the cellphone interfere with my sound, except if I decide to use it while on stage... For some reason, everytime I type with my phone plugged into this thing (sending a text message, for example), there's a weird buzzing that comes thru with every keystroke.

That's where Aeroplane/flight mode on the phone comes into play.
Ordered one from Amazon, will report back. No plans to use it to charge my phone but it will definitely be used with G10 wireless
