Cab for 1001 rb?

I just traded in my peavey combo for a gk 1001 rb mk 2. I now need a cab, I was thinking of getting a 210 first just for jamming with friends and what not. I do play in a big band though so I would be worried about volume at rehearsals same with the rock and metal stuff I play in. I do also play a 5 string so I need low end extension. In other words what cab should I buy for around 600 cad?

Used 410, or two 210's vertically stacked. However, it is tough to get two cabinets for $600 used, but it can be done if you search for a deal. Get an 8ohm cab if you intend to add another identical one to it.

You are on the right track with thinking a 210 might not cut it in all situations. Always better to have too much than not enough!
