Cannot decide between Ampeg BA115v2 and Peavey MAX 115. Narrowed down to these two.

Finally got a chance to try both at the same time in a GC store. The Peavey MAX 115 sounds much thinner on the low B even both have the 15 inch driver. Probably due to the way the cabinets are ported? For now, I will go for the BA115v2. Thanks for the help.

Hope you could try the Hartke KB15 before you pay for the BA115.

Guitar center does not carry Hartke bass amps unfortunately.

I have the Ampeg, great sound, is the peavey louder or more bass. Its twice the watts, idk.
