Awesome bass.

I love the Mono M80 and they protect my Foderas to and from all gigs.

Thanks!! Yeah I gotta take some measurements and see if she'll fit. My Cliff Bordwell wouldn't fit. This seems much narrower.

It needs a tweak, as it came from a warm climate up north-ish. Scared as hell, but the neck is definitely back bowed slightly. Not just dead straight. Beautifully made.

Seeing how it should never leave your house, a nice stand will do just fine.
Silly man. :roflmao:
Good to know. This Bass is absolutely amazing. Going to see Carl and company on Monday to get this set up to my liking.
Yes honestly, they all have slightly different shapes and proportions, but if you invest in a good hard case, just make sure it has the internal length you need and some sort of neck brace so that there's room for the headstock tilt (which isn't that extreme). Even though Carl uses top notch woods that are well dried and seasoned, keeping it a well sealed hard case will keep the weather from taking its toll. I honestly rarely even have to tune mine when it's been in its hard case, sometimes for weeks.

And don't listen to the goofballs that tell you to never leave the house with it, these basses are definitely made to be played. A lot.

Oh and congratulations on your new baby! Welcome to the very exclusive club. Hope you enjoy it in good health. :bassist:

If you were any kind of pal, you'd ask all yer friends from TB here in CT over for a hang. I'd even bring my M80 Mono double for you to check out (But the hard case is a better idea)
Congratulations.
Pics, too.
