My default setting is DB - All. Why do I not see any of the classified ads among those threads? How can I change my filters to include them?

Classified ads not showing in "Threads"

It's because the classifieds are now separate from the general forums. To set your "new posts" shortcut to include whatever you want, click on "new posts" then under "filter (right hand side, near top of screen) select "watched content". You can then go through the forum list, forum by forum, and select "Watch". Once you have saved your filter preferences, "New Posts" will return every forum you want to watch, including the classifieds if you choose.
Thanks for trying, Chris, but I can't seem to get it right.
1. I think I have now marked all the DB forums as watched content.
2. I can't find any link in the classified pages that allows me to mark "watched content." I guess I'll have to look at those separately?
My default page comes up with DB only content, but I can only see what is new if the post has a red dot on the left.

Actually, it is even stranger than that. When I click on new posts the DB content is different than what I have as a current default. For example, the thread "Gain Changes Tone" is at the top of my default setting page; it doesn't even appear in the "New Post" pages.

Hmm. I see you replied in this thread https://www.talkbass.com/threads/wa...res-a-possible-solution.1656226/post-28557709 where I showed how I do it (as taught by someone else!). I don't watch the classifieds, but the process should be the same - if you use the process as detailed in that post and then choose to "watch" the classified forums, the New Posts feature should include them when you click on "New posts".
Nope, doesn't work for me. I have marked all the DB classifies as "watched threads," but when I click on "Watched" in the header, it returns a pages that says I don't have any watched threads.
