I’ve been on a Koko Taylor kick as of late, and her bassist on several 70’s Alligator albums was Cornelius “The Mule” Boyson. I’ve found one photo of him on Google, and no other biographical information there or here on TB.
FB shows a Cornelius Boyson Jr, but before I reach out to family members, I wanted to try everyone here. Surely some folks with Chicago connections know something. He was in Mighty Joe Young’s band in case that loosens up any clues.
