If this review proves anything it's that you can't get a bad sound out of the Rithimic. It's nice to hear some mixed tones, some neck pickup and some picked sounds as I play my Rithimic pretty much exclusively with the bridge pickup running solo and the tone control rolled back slightly from the wide open position.

I've had mine since April this year and I just love it. It's a tremendous instrument. I hope that one day, I can stand a Dean Jeff Berlin and a Peavey Palaedium alongside it. If you see a Rithimic on the store shelf, pick it up and give it a go. It has an outstanding amount of punch for a passive bass.

this thread just got me over what I assumed was an awful top, that actually looks nice!
cool vid, the sounds are pretty juicy as well, the JB Rithimic may become my third Cort bass.

I would like the top treatment IF they matched the pickup covers to the wood of the body. The black soapbars block the view!

thanks for watching! Well, I do like the top, a bit weird and unusual indeed but at least different 5 string jeff berlin is more "standard" but I haven't tried it

But due to some unseen cash problems ( My car ) that came up a week after I bought it. I must sell it.

I just purchased one of these. I'm looking forward to trying it out once it arrives and crossing another bass off my G.A.S. list

I have had my Cort Rithimic for over a month now. Beautiful bass but the Bart's just don't do it for me. I've adjusted pickup heights etc but still not my flavour. I'm going to put in a set of Kent Armstrong soap bars.

Yes it was one baas on my GAS list. Everything on it is top notch but I like hotter pickups.
