Pretty interesting, it has a piezo + acoustic pre amp built in.

I was all ready to make a joke about this (my dad would say "it looks like a girl I once knew") but... damn. that's cool as hell. I've been looking for a EUB for as long as forever, but they're all crazy overpriced. this is totally reasonable.
my only complaint about wishbasses in the past was that their necks were as thick as uprights. well...
