Not many options available for the JP2 so this is a real benefit for me. Not that they need replacement as the electronics in the JP2 are truly excellent. Very well balanced, always an excellent recording bass. But I wanted at least one of my JP2s to have a passive option, not to mention I have years and years in the pickup/electronic nerdery field and love to customize!
