please help!

I was at a gig last night and my rig was setup on stage (DI OUT was working at this point). A member from another band on the night started setting up and plugged an amp in with a damaged power circut into the same power board. It let off a massive spark and put the venue into a blackout for a few seconds. Nek minut my DI Out ceased to work. It is out of warranty now and I cant seem to find a fuse? Does anyone know if this head would have one? I still get a signal out of the DI out but its more of a noise/hum. Im very nooby to the finer electronics specs. Has this even happened to anyone else and this modal of amp? and could it be fixed?

I am familiar with this type of failure in general.

This particular fault is caused when the line side power shows up on the protective ground and sometimes simultaneously the neutral terminal of the receptacle.

Alone, it will appear to work fine and may also test fine on a tester. Inside the amp, the ground system is now referenced to the line side (including the direct output). When the DI is connected to the properly grounded mixer through the mic input, now you have a 120V (or 240V) between pin 1 of the two jacks as well as 120V (or 240V) common mode between pins 2&3 on the two jacks.

Usually, the damage is pretty catastrophic, involving burned PCB traces, damaged capacitors and drive electronics.

I would recommend reaching out to the authorized service center for Darkglass, folks who will know the product well and have the experience and parts to properly repair and then safety test your amp.
