so, I've been happy with my ubass, still am.
I've been thinking about de-fretting it to play it as a fretless, seems easy enough to do, and the bass was like $200 after taxes, so I'm not super worried about it going awry.
Has anyone here ever done that before? I'm all for doing plenty of research, and it seems like it would be good to once again learn something new.
