DiMarzio Model J Pickups: Direct Replacement on Fender Japan 62 Reissue Models?

I am thinking of installing the DiMarzio Model J pickups on my Fender Japan 62 Reissue Model. Anyone has done this before and can advise me whether this is direct replacement and adjustment / extra routing required on this Fender Japan bass?

What about CTS 250K pots and Switchcraft jacks, are they also direct replacement?

Last one, are the Gotoh GB2 and FB30 machine heads also direct replacement?

I'm not familiar with the Japanese bass but other jazz bodies I have owned have required some deepening of the route, but no alteration to the shape.
