Do you have a Nordy BigMan in J/MM setup?

A Big Split works well as the neck pickup with a BigMan in the bridge. The Bigman can be run parallel or series but you can't solo the coils since they aren't hum cancelling. You might also consider a BigSplitMan in the bridge with a Dingwall 4-way switch for mid solo/mid-bridge series/mid-bridge parallel/bridge solo. They are tonally quite similar but hum-cancelling coils provide more useable tone combinations.

Thanks for the info! Do they make the BigSplits in Jazz size? I haven't seen that. I already have the BigMan in the bridge of my Lakland 44-02. You can solo the coils, but like you said they are not hum cancelling when solo, basically like a Jazz pickup. They sound great though! I would definitely prefer hum cancelling for the neck, and the BigMan pretty much stays in parallel for me. And just as info...the stock Lakland picukp does not blend well with the BigMan, as one of the coils is always out of phase with the BigMan. Works fine with just the neck or just the bridge, but any blending and two of the strings are out of phase. Seems to be an oddity with Lakland pickups.
