Do you still play upright bass?

Hi, Lee - First off, thanks for taking time to answer questions on this forum. Just curious - I know you started on upright bass when you were young. Do you still play upright, either on gigs or just for your own amusement? If so, what kind of bass fiddle do you have? Thanks again for your time, and for all the beautiful notes!

I know too many monster upright bassists so I have not done any sessions with it but have one at home that I play for myself. Not a name brand. Can't remember off hand what the maker is. Not at home now to check it out. I do miss arco the most. But just stick with what I normally do and spread the work around.

Hi, Lee - I've been checking out your work with Judith Owen, and of course it's great! Curious, though, I saw a photo of you playing your Warwick with her, and a bass fiddle was laying there by your feet. Are you perhaps playing upright with Judith?
