Does Fender Jazz Bass Japan 1992 is good choice for begginer?

I've got Fender Jazz Bass Japan 1992 in perfect shape and I am eager to learn but is it good guitar for beginner?

I think is safe to say that few, if any, people on this forum started off with a bass as fine as that!

MIJ Fenders are as good, and in some cases better, than MIA. I have several. They are better than just about anything in that price range.

The only drawback is you might be spoiled

If it's a bass for you and you're a beginner, yes it's a beginner bass, even if it's an Alembic.
If you don't mind paying for it, you like playing it, then it's the right bass for you. There are cheaper options of course but really - there's no such thing as a beginner bass, there's no training wheels involved.

First bass I ever fell in love with was a Japanese Jazz. Loaned it to a friend and it got destroyed. Keep it forever and never loan it to anyone!!!!
