Drop In Replacement for American Series Fender Tuners

I can probably search and find this but the new site search is not my favorite. The American Series Fenders (which I think ran from the late 90's to the early 2000's) have tuners that are kind of overbuilt and heavy (photo below) and I would like the throw on some lighter ones. From what I understand these have two pin holes but on the right of the cog not to the left like most other tuners. Is there anything that drops in with no mods OR drops in while covering the old holes and not requiring me to make any permanent alterations? Thanks!

those are absolute boat anchors and yes they need to go (had 'em on my '96 P)

no there won't be any direct drop-ins; you'll need to do some drilling regardless but it'll be well worth it. the gotoh res-o-lite gb528s are a great choice
