Greetings. Currently I'm having a problem with the switch of my EBMM Stingray 5 as the title suggest. The Parallel mode now is the neck position and the output have dropped quite a bit. The middle position have stayed as Single coil but the sound is thin and weak and the Series mode now is in the bridge position and it sounds way louder than normal. I had that problem years ago but it came to normal one day. I went to 2 different technicians but neither could solve the problem. EB costumer service is way too vague with their answers and sending them the bass is not possible because I'm not based on the US. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2006 model, ceramic pickup version. Changed the battery, checked the poles and everything seems to be on the normal side.

If the pickup is unsoldered and one coil is open.
Contact Custumer Service.
Send them the video link.
Ask if they sell you a new pickup.
Send the old one back.
Or look out for a used one.
Or rewind the broken one.
