EDA 905 Piezo Issue

I recently got a nice used Ibanez EDA 905 and am seriously loving it, but have one issue ,,, the Piezo on the "B" string has very low, "fuzzy" output.
the connections appear to be good, and I can't find a solution.
Can any of you folks offer any ideas for fixes/remedies?

Check the saddle. The piezo element is built in there and the saddles must be seated well in its block and not loose or able to rattle. Bad contact would definitely cause fuzziness.

I disassembled it totally (the tailpiece), cleaned it thoroughly, and that did the trick!
