Eden wt 800 connecting cabinet

hello!
i really want to buy an eden wt800b head cause they are SO nice.
i only have 1 question.
in bridget mono you will have 880w at 8ohm or 1100w at 4ohm. that is to much for me, i do not want to drag a giant cab or 2 cabs on and off the stage.
i just want to use a 410 cab.
so i'm wondering if i could put 1 450w cab 8ohm in the high frequentie output and nothing in the low frequentie output (bi-amp mode).
would the sound be mono or stereo in this setting, would the low frequentie sound also go to my 450w cabinet?

Haven't played through the 800 in a while but I would always run that head in full range mode. Depending on how much volume you need, you could run 1 side of your amp into the 410. At 8 ohms you'd be getting I think 300 watts into the cab. You could also run in bridge mono into the 410 but you probably would need to go easy on the master since you'd be putting 880 watts into the cab.

If you're not going to use both sides you might want to look at the single channel model Edens - WT500 maybe?

If you use the 800 with only 1 cab don't engage the bi-amp mode - run it full freq...you can use either side or bridge it...... but I can't see any reason to carry the extra weight and have the 2nd channel if you are not going to use it

It would just be highs.
Do not use Bi-Amp on that amp unless you have a sub woofer and top cab, and you do not. It is also a waste of power with full range cabs.
Just plug into the left or right in full range and enjoy.
If you do get the 800, NEVER TURN ON OR OFF The BI-AMP WHILE THE AMP IS TURNED ON. You will kill it.

If you do not need the 2 power amps that are in the 800, look into the 550,
The 800 has output per channel : 300 Watts at 8 Ohms, 440 Watts at 4 Ohms, 550 Watts at 2 Ohms per side.
The 550 is 300 Watts at 8 Ohms, 500 Watts at 4 Ohms, 750 Watts at 2 Ohms, and is smaller.
