Hey there,
a long time ago a colleague gave an Epiphone Bass to me. I really don't know which one but it looks like the Epiphone Jazz Bass 1999. Even then it was not in a super condition but it still worked.. It still worked a few weeks ago. Today as I tried it, it didn't work anymore.. A few years ago I had wiring issues and re-newed the solder joints. It worked well until today. Now one solder joint is broken (just after I opened the bass) but when I tried to connect the wire to the place it was before - nothing (a few years ago that worked, the cable isn't the problem, neither the amp, i checked both with another guitar).. The other solder joints are well. It even makes a sound when I plug-in the cable.. Can I buy a whole new wiring for such an old bass (I googled it but found nothing)? Or can anybody help me to get the wiring fixed? I unforunately don't know where exactly the problem could be. I'm afraid that I have to pay very much money, if I give the bass to an "expert"... Sorry for the bad Englisch.. never ever used it again after school ;-)
Thanks for the answers in advance!
