Hi all, I got a second hand EBS Magni 500 1x15 recently, I'm very happy with it.
Now I'd like to get an ext Cab in order to get the 250W it can give (125 as is @ 8 ohm).
Now, this is for a new project so I don't want to spend a lot. Around here I've found two options in the used market, both rated at 200W 8 ohm so they would be working with plenty of headroom with the 125W they'd be getting from the amp:
-SWR Working pro 1x15
-Ashdown 210T Deep
So please, I want nothing about the mixing speaker size
it's just that I'd like some input if you've had experience with any of those cabs or how would they work with the EBS.
I have little experience with Ashdown, and the little I had was like a lot of low end, big "thud", but lacking definition.
SWR I've never tried, and through the years here I've seen really all kinds of opinions about them.
So any kind soul has experience with them?
