Are those artificial scars are created the same, I mean uniformly to same model/series or each bass has her own random pattern? Thanks.

IIRC older versions of the road worns were a bit excessive on the "wear" and looked kind of fake. I built a 2017 Road Worn jazz bass from spare parts and it's pretty conservative on the wear as well as looking similar to the wear found on other recent road worn basses. To answer your question, it seems like the road worn wear is pretty uniform rather than unique.
