Fender Rumble 350 Bass head help

So my friend has a fender rumble 350 that wont output any sound. The power light wont turn on when switched on but, the fan spins and the overdrive light turns on. I tried the headphone jack and it fried my IEMs. Looked inside and nothing seems to be burnt out, non of the capacitors are broken or expanding. I feel that the fuse could be the problem, but not sure.
Any help will be appreciated.

Simple.

1) Check the owner's manual online to determine whether a fuse is present and accessible.
2) If there is a user-accessible fuse, replace it.
3) If that fuse blows, then unplug the amp and take it to a qualified repair tech.

Unless you are a qualified electronics repair person, that's the limit of what you should do.

Tech time! Your friend will need take or send it to an authorized Fender repair center. They are the only source for the parts you'll surely need.

It isn't the fuse; and even if it was, what caused the fuse to blow? Take it to a repair station.
