Fender Super Bassman Issue

Amp won't shut off via power switch. Is it the switch? Can they get stuck in the on position? IF so think it will hurt to use until I can get fixed or is something more?

Yes. Sounds like a defective switch. You should be OK.

Just plug/unplug it until the repair.

If you have a power strip with a switch that can work until you get a switch.

Unplug it . That's what I'd do. I'd be far more worried if it didn't turn on..
