Fernandes Mockingbird vs BC Rich Mockingbird differences

I bought a nice used Fernandes Mockingbird bass from Japan a few years ago. I only know that there was a lawsuit at some point (I guess similar to the flying V guitar one in the 70s).

From folks who have played both, what are the major differences between the two? I've already swapped in some SD pickups, but curious what other big selling points the official BC Rich version has (other than brand name alone)?

You'll have to post a few pics, Fernandes made many variants of Mockingbird as did BCR

IIRC most or all of the Fernandes Warlock-shaped basses were 32" scale while the BC Rich standard is 34"; not sure if that goes for the Fernandes Mockingbirds also.

Also, what are the different models of the Fernandes Mockingbird series?

I've seen MB-60, MB-65, MB-85 and MB-90. Not sure what the differences are. Haven't been able to dig up that info with google searching.

The MB-60 and 65s are bolt-on and do not feature the moser circuits on them, while the MB-85 and 90s are neck-thru and feature the moser circuit on them
