GK repair and customer service

I absolutely love it when the customer service on the company completely and totally impresses me. The folks at GK (especially Jason) truly embody the essence of customer service that GK has been known for.
I had purchased a pair of GK neo to 212s well over a year ago. Granted, they are not cheap and I had to sell off a lot of gear and several pints of blood to afford them; but I do enjoy having matching back ups.
I began noticing a distortion in the sound that I initially believed to be a blown speaker. After swapping speaker positions I realize that the tone was coming from the bracing. I contacted GK and was told to ship it to them. $100 later (I live on the East Coast so it sucks) it arrived at GK and I began an intermittent discussion with Jason.
Jason continually fed me status updates on the progress of the repair to my cabinet and emailed me the UPS tracking number when it was on its way back.
I know how we all have different loyalty used a different brands for different reasons. GK stands by the quality of their product and their exceptional customer service and support and it's just nice to not only by great gear from a great company; but to have confidence in the gear reaffirmed.
