Hi.

Can you recommend a good bass guitar course? I mean a beginner to professional course so that I can choose the topics myself. I've been playing for a long time, but I realized I was standing still. The theory was also not my forte.

Thanks a lot in advance !!

I highly recommend Andrés Rotmistrovsky's Quarantine Course <Andres Rot | Music Lessons>. Another session starts March 1. As part of the course, he has a live webinar every few days, and for the price you get years of things to work on, including an approach to practicing that leverages the time very well. I am currently taking the course, and will have years of things to develop for my own practice routine. I also find his way of communicating to be both encouraging and also thought-provoking—there's an advantage to hearing or reading descriptions, ideas, or concepts coming from a language other than English (the course is in English, but his way of putting things can have a subtle yet profound impact. The only commitment is to practice 60 minutes a day for the two weeks, and your access to the materials (mainly videos) is lifetime.
