Gorilla GG20 Bass Combo Amp

I'm beginning to learn how to play bass and need an amp. Currently, my price range that I am willing to pay for one is very low. I found a Gorilla GG20 Bass Combo Amp used, anyone have any experience with those? Will it work as a practice/learning amp?

I had one in the late 80's. It will work, but you may find you "outgrow" it pretty quickly. Definitely not enough to play in any kind of band situation. Craigslist and Guitar center used are both potential sources of inexpensive used gear.

I would recommend getting something in the 30-50wt range at least.
What's your budget? I'd look for a used Peavey - TNT/TKO series.
I see them on CL pretty regularly/GC/Music-Go-Round. There is few used TKO 80s on the GC site bet $85- $99 for example.

They were decent practice amps, but nothing to write home about. J.D. Detroit gave you excellent advice in my opinion.

Thank you for the advice. I think I'll look a bit more extensively on guitar center and CL.
