Fleetwood Mac's anchorman is 78 years old today.

I have admired John's playing for as long as I can remember, and tried to incorporate a lot of his approach into my gigs, as much as that's been possible.

I guess these 2017 recordings with Lindsey and Mick were among the last done before Christine passed suddenly. In this one particularly, those old blues roots really come out-

One of my bass idols. He was my earliest inspiration. Those early Fleetwood Mac recordings were amazing.
I would love to meet him or see him do a clinic.
