Heaviest Gauge Set of Flat wounds or Half rounds?

Whats the heaviest set of flat wounds you've come across? I'm looking for a heavy set. The heaviest I've come across is 130-135. Currently I'm using La Bella flats and like them but would like a real heavy set of either.
