Hi everyone!!!I need your help please. I have a Jackson js3v concert five string bass with Jackson pickups,i've recently replace them with the emgs 40dc(neck) and 40dcx(bridge).In amplifier playing fine but the big problem is when i'm trying to record with my steinberg ur22c card the signal is VERY low,the gain is at 8 and it doesn't even peaking (the light),i'ts lower even before the replacement.Can anyone possibly might knows what is the problem? "I'm trying to solve this 3 days now" Thank you!

I've been trying everything four days now. I have no idea maybe is something wrong with the connection but i don't know personally,not either the store that made the replace.They keep telling me that,if it plays in amplifier there is no problem. But what about the recording part? Thanks for reply!
