Hey everyone tonight my ampeg v4 blew out i had it hooked up to my svt 4x10 using the proper ohms as ive done many times mid song it just cut out no hiss hum or anything does anyone have an idea on what this could be?

I'll assume by "cut out" you mean you had a power light but no audible signal?

There's only a few easy things you can check before it should go to a tech: speaker cable, fuse, tubes.

Is this a reissue or original?

I'm not sure if the reissues have an HT fuse but I know the originals don't. If there's no sound on an original but the lights work check your preamp tubes. Try both channels, if neither works check the tubes after.

For a reissue I'd say check preamp tubes as well, if you can't find a faulty one take the amp for service.

It is an original i will check that thank you

Plug into the poweramp in jack and see if you get signal through the power amp. Similarly you can plug the preamp out into another amp and see if the preamp sends signal out (keep the V4 plugged into a cab while you try this). The 12DW7 is the buffer tube for this so if the preamp send works but the power amp in doesn't try a new 12AU7 in the PI. If the power amp in works but the preamp send doesn't check the 12AX7s and 6K11. If neither works replace the 12DW7 and see what happens. You can sub a 12AX7 for the 12DW7 in the V4 so if you don't have a DW handy you can pull the AX from either channel 1 or 2 and test that in the DW position.

Just to be sure, check the impedance switch to ensure that it isn't somehow positioned between settings. With the amp turned off, move the switch back and forth a couple of times and then set it where you normally do.

I suspect a tube though. If a tube's heater coil has opened, the amp can stop working in a way like you described. If a preamp tube that used to glow is no longer glowing when the amp is in standby, try changing that tube.
