Heritage Grill Cloth req'd. Anyone have email of Ampeg Parts/Customer service

Hi all

I have their phone number and I've tried several times to contact the Loud/Ampeg in Woodinville guys by phone from here in Australia and haven't had much success - time difference and skype issues and nothing but weird music on the other end.

I was wondering if someone has the email contact for the parts guys at Ampeg, please ? I've looked at the Loud website and it only lists the phone number that I can see. I've also contacted the Loud distributors here in Australia and when I asked them if they can supply/order me some Heritage Grille cloth, they had no idea what I was talking about and didn't seem to want to help.

I have the Heritage CL Head and want to match up the cloth on the 212AV I've paired it with. It's life or death...;)

Yup, thanks. They don't stock the Heritage cloth.

That's where I got the current AV grille that is on my amp head to match the cabinet. But prefer the Heritage sparkly black.

Loud in the US responded straight away on the email Jimmy listed above.

They only have one yard of it left at the moment, but said they have 11 more yards coming into stock later this month.

None of which helps me, as they don’t do International Shipping from Woodinville. I’ll have to go the long way through CMI in Australia who didn’t even know what it was when I called them.:bored:

Just got a Berg NV610 which is black metal grille so may not end up going down that road anyway now. The AV212 is probably out the door.
