High pitched noises from certain notes

My bass is an Ibanez GSR200 and my Amp is a Fender Rumble 100 v3. Whenever I play certain notes or frets, like one example is the 4th fret, then high pitched rattling comes out the amp along with the normal sound. The bass is fine with no buzzing so it’s the amps problem. Anyone know what I should do? I tried putting something under it like a blanket, I tried removing the grille, nothing. However, it does go away when I turn the overdrive on, even if the gain and drives at zero.

The mic sucks since its my phones but you can hear the high pitched rattling sound coming out

Try plugging in headphones and see if the sound is there. If no, your speaker fasteners might be loose. If this is the case, do not over tighten the fasteners. The torque should be even. Too tight and you can warp the speaker frame or over compress the gasket.
